On-site resources

The Health and Education Resource Center & Library, NYU Clinical Cancer Center's consumer health library, is located on the first floor of the Cancer Center, adjacent to the lobby. The Cancer Center is located at 160 East 34th street (at 3rd Avenue).

Patrons who visit the library in person will find three computers for public use. The primary purpose of these computers is for finding health information. Computer time is limited to 30 minutes per session when others are waiting.

In addition to public access computers, the Health and Education Resource Center & Library offers pamphlets and brochures on various cancer topics, as well as a book collection. Titles include reference works such as dictionaries and guide books, clinical textbooks, cookbooks, books on specific cancers, and more. Books are for on-site use only, but photocopies can be made.
